Shazam! Fury of the Gods officially airs today. Sequel to Shazam! which was released in 2019 is one of the most anticipated superhero films in 2023. Shazam was the final installment in the DCEU series before the franchise was disbanded from being rebooted in James Gunn and Peter Safran's DC Universe (DCU). As a sequel, Fury of the God doesn't disappoint. This film focuses more on character development and trying to balance its large cast.
